RATE POLICIES
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 14.45% state and local room taxes. Up to 2 kids free (12 and under) stay free with 2 adults in the same room. Each additional person charges $20.00 per night. Additional nightly amenity fee of $10.00.
Rates may be higher for holiday and special event periods. Rates are subject to change without notice.
RESERVATION POLICIES
All reservations require a prepaid deposit of at least one night’s rent. Deposits may be made at the time of booking by charging a credit card. Hotel does not accept Cash for payment. Final payment is due upon arrival.
Be advised that only persons age 21 and over may make a reservation and check-in at our hotel. We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to reserve and stay in our rooms.
Also, be advised all guests registering agree to a $200.00 penalty charge to card on file if there is any damage to room.
You will be required to pay the remaining balance of your reservation, as reserved, in full at the time of check-in. Therefore, it is important that you reserve only the number of nights you are certain you will be staying. There are NO refunds for any early departures.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
In Season (May 1st - Oct 31st) - Any cancellations or reservations changes must be made by 3:00pm three days prior (72 Hours Prior) to your scheduled arrival date to avoid the forfeit of any deposit made. No refunds will be issued on cancellations or changes made within three days of your scheduled arrival date.
Off Season (Nov 1st - Apr 30th) - Any cancellations or reservations changes must be made by 3:00pm on day of arrival to avoid the forfeit of any deposit made. No refunds will be issued on cancellations or changes made after 3:00pm on day of your scheduled arrival date.
