Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 9.7% MA rooms tax.
Up to 2 kids free (10 and under) stay free with 2 adults in same room.
Extra person charge $15.00 per person/night.
Pet Fee $15.00 per pet/night. Addtional Nightly Fee of $1.65 for Safe In Room. Rates may be higher for holiday and special event periods.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
All reservations require a prepaid deposit of at least one night’s rent.Deposits may be made at the time of booking by credit card or within 10 days of booking by check.Final payment is due upon arrival.
You will be required to pay the remaining balance of your reservation, as reserved, in full at the time of check-in. Therefore, it is important that you reserve only the number of nights you are certain you will be staying. There are NO refunds for any early departures.
Any cancellations or reservations changes must be made by 4:00 pm three days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid the forfeit of any deposit made.No refunds will be issued on cancellations or changes made within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date.
